Cooking time: 50 min

1. Put the dough on a floured surface, roll out and cut into squares with a side of 7 cm. Make angular incisions in the corners of the squares.
2. Filling. Wash the apples, peel and seeds, cut into small cubes and sprinkle with lemon juice, then mix with sugar.
3. Put a pinch of cinnamon in the middle of each square. Spread the apples on top.
4. Connect the corners of the squares in pairs over the filling.
5. Place the puffs on a baking sheet lined with parchment and grease with beaten egg yolk.
6. Put the baking sheet in a preheated 220 ° C oven, reduce the heat to 205 ° C and bake for 15-20 minutes.
7. Decoration. Cool the finished puffs, sprinkle with powdered sugar, decorate with dragees (I have M& M's) and mint leaves.
