Milk buns

Soft airy and incredibly delicious buns! Bake! Milk rolls are great for breakfast. You can make sandwiches with them, or you can eat them yourself. They turn out to be very soft and airy, with a ruddy, slightly crispy crust. It's worth making an effort to cook, but the result is worth it.

Cooking time: 2 h 45 min

1. In a saucepan, mix water and milk.

2. Add butter to the pan and put it on the fire, bring to a boil.

3. In the process, add sugar, then salt, mix everything, remove from heat.

4. We are waiting for the mixture to cool down to 37-38 degrees.

5. At this time, sift the flour, mix it with yeast.

6.Add a mixture of flour and yeast to the pan, knead the dough.

7. Form a ball from the dough, put it on the bottom of the bowl, cover with a clean towel and leave at room temperature for one hour.

8. Time has passed - we take out the dough, spread it on the work surface, which needs to be sprinkled with flour. We form buns - twelve balls.

9. We spread the future buns on a baking sheet covered with parchment, leave for 15 minutes.

10. Beat the egg yolk with 20 ml of water, lubricate the surface of the buns, sprinkle with sesame seeds.

11. We put the baking sheet in a preheated oven to 200 degrees for 15 minutes (until ruddy).

Everything is ready!
