Rich chocolate cake with delicate cottage cheese filling! The pie turns out to taste just gorgeous. During baking, the chocolate aroma is carried around the house and it is simply impossible to resist such a pie.

    For cottage cheese filling: add 1 egg, 70 g of sugar to the cottage cheese and mix everything.

    Add coconut chips, mix. The filling is ready.

    For chocolate dough: melt chocolate with butter and cool slightly.

    Add 3 eggs and sugar to the chocolate mixture.

    Whisk until fluffy.

    Sift flour with baking powder and add to the chocolate mixture.

    Mix everything until smooth. The consistency of the curd filling and chocolate dough should be approximately the same, so if your curd is too wet, you can add a little starch.

    Form our pie. At the bottom of the mold (the diameter of my mold is 24 cm), we spread half of the chocolate dough.

    Spread the curd filling on top.

    And cover with the rest of the dough.

    Bake the pie at 170 C for about 50-60 minutes. The finished cake is allowed to cool completely and, preferably, left for a few more hours, so that the cake thickens and the pieces keep their shape when sliced.
