  1. Step 1:

    Step 1.

How to make stacks with cheese, minced meat and potatoes? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Minced meat can be used from any type of meat or take a mixed version. Step 2.

Peel and finely chop the onion. Pour a little vegetable oil into a hot frying pan and fry the chopped onion for 3-4 minutes on low heat until transparent. During this time, the onion will become softer. Remove the fried onion from the heat.

    Step 5.

For baking, take any heat-resistant mold. Lubricate it with vegetable oil. Form small meat tortillas from the minced meat and put them in a mold. Make indentations in the center of each tortilla.

    Step 6.

Put some fried onions, and then the egg filling. Press firmly.

  7. Step 7:

    Step 7.

Grate the peeled potatoes on a coarse grater and distribute them over each meat tortilla.

  8. Step 8:

    Step 8.

Sprinkle the stacks liberally with cheese, grated on a coarse grater. Place the mold in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for about 30-40 minutes. Be guided by your oven.

  9. Step 9:

    Step 9.

During baking, the meat tortillas will decrease slightly in size. The finished stacks will be browned. Remove the mold from the oven, place the stacks on a plate and serve hot. Enjoy your meal!

Keep in mind that everyone's ovens are different. The temperature and cooking time may differ from those specified in the recipe. To make any baked dish successful, use useful information about the features of ovens !

Be sure to wash the eggs before use, as even the seemingly clean shell may contain harmful bacteria. It is best to use food detergents and a brush.

If you use ready-made spice mixes, be sure to read the composition on the package. Often, salt is already present in such mixtures, take this into account, otherwise you risk over-salting the dish.
