Amazingly delicious cheesecake in a new way - with fragrant jam! At the request of my family, I cook royal cheesecake very often. I try to add something new every time. I really like the additive in the form of fresh fruits and berries. And then I tried it with jam - it turned out amazingly delicious! The main thing is to take a more aromatic jam, but, in general, any one will do.

Let's start cooking cheesecake with the dough:

1. Grate the butter on a coarse grater.
2. Sift the flour, mix it with baking powder and sugar.
3. Add the flour mixture to the grated butter, rub everything into crumbs. It is more convenient to do it with your hands.

Now you can do the filling, which will consist of two layers:

1. Put the cottage cheese in a bowl.
2. Add sugar to it.
3. Break the eggs.
4. Mix all the ingredients until smooth.
5. Pour the jam into a separate bowl. Add corn starch to it. Mix it up.

Turn on the oven to warm up to 200 degrees, and at this time you can start "assembling" our cheesecake:

1. Grease the mold with oil.
2. Put three quarters of the crumbs into the mold, level with a spoon, form small sides.
3. Put the curd part of the filling on the crumb, also level it.
4. Jam mixed with starch, pour on top of the cottage cheese.
5. Sprinkle the cheesecake with the remaining crumbs.

Put the form with the cheesecake in the preheated oven. Bake the pie until ready - 40 minutes. It should be browned.
