Mannik with bananas on kefir

Delicate vanilla mannikin on kefir with bananas and butter cream. Mannik with bananas is a very easy-to-prepare recipe! What a pie! And it tastes very good! And fragrant! Just imagine, while you are cooking it, the smell of bananas and vanilla will be carried around the apartment. Bananas make mannikin more tender, although you can add other fruits.

Pour semolina into a cup, pour it with kefir, mix.
Leave for swelling from 10 to 30 minutes.
Then add 1 cup of sugar, vanilla, soda.
Rub well until smooth.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Peel 2 bananas, cut into slices (we leave the third banana for decoration).
Grease the mold with vegetable oil, sprinkle with semolina.
Pour one part of the dough into a mold, spread banana slices on it, pour the second part of the dough on top.
Put in the oven for 30 minutes, bake until golden brown. The pie is ready when its edges fall behind the shape.
Preparing the cream. To do this, whisk a glass of cream and 0.5 cups of sugar (you can also prepare another cream or glaze, to your taste and color).
Lubricate the cooled cake with cream.
Decorate with sliced banana and strawberries.
Put in the refrigerator to solidify the cream.
