Sand baskets with fruit cakes

Wonderful baskets with orange cream and fruit. Baskets are my favorite cakes since childhood, so I make them periodically and each time with different fillings. This time, instead of jam or jam, I used orange cream, and took the dough for baskets as a basis, which does not require baking. According to this recipe, we made the basis for mini-tarts with caramel in the culinary studio Culinarion - at that time I really liked the combination of cookies with crushed bitter chocolate.

If you want to make the taste of chocolate more expressive, chop it with a knife into a larger crumb.

I decided to conduct an experiment and baked a couple of baskets in the oven (the furthest and darkest in the photo). They crumble very much and it is almost impossible to get them out of the molds whole. I had to cool them down a lot first and then take them out. If you add 1 egg to the sand crumb, it will become the binding element that will make the dough more elastic and less brittle.
