Cooking method

Cooking time: 1 h 50 min

1. Turn on the oven to warm up to 170 degrees Celsius. A baking dish with a diameter of 20 cm, preferably round and necessarily deep, is lubricated with a small piece of softened butter.

2. In a large container, sift wheat flour of the highest grade together with baking powder. Add sea salt to the mixture. Mix everything well with a whisk.

3. Peel the bananas, put the pulp in a separate container and knead it with a fork. After adding the butter melted in the microwave to the banana mass (it should be at room temperature, so it should be melted in advance), pour brown sugar, break eggs, spread yogurt, add vanilla extract. We are interfering well.

4. In a container with a banana mixture, pour out the flour mixture in parts, beat each time with a whisk or mixer until smooth.

5. We spread the resulting dough into the prepared form and put the pie to bake in the oven that has had time to warm up for 45 minutes. It may take a little more or a little less time. It all depends on the specific oven, and the shape may vary in size. Readiness is easy to check with a wooden skewer. We dip it into the middle of the pie and pull it out. If the pie is ready, then the skewer will come out of the pie dry and clean. If the dough sticks, it means that the pie is not ready yet and additional time is needed. It is worth starting a readiness check 5 minutes before the expiration of the specified baking time. It is important not to over-dry the pie in the oven.

6. The skewer is dry - turn off the heating, remove the pie form from the oven. Let the pie stay in the form for 10 minutes, and then remove it and put it on the grill. We are waiting for it to cool down.

7. At this time, we make cream for the pie. This is an optional stage - the pie so turns out very tasty. So, in the bowl of the mixer we put softened butter, powdered sugar and ground cinnamon. Beat everything together with a mixer until fluffy and fluffy. After that, we put the cooled cream cheese in the bowl and whisk everything again at low speed. You can even use a hand whisk at this stage.

8. The resulting cream is distributed over the surface of the cooled cake, we spread the banana circles beautifully on top.

Have a nice tea party!
