Cooking method

Cooking time: 1 h

Melt the butter in a water bath, add salt, sugar and vanilla sugar, mix so that the sugar and salt dissolve.
Pour in the coconut chips, pour in the milk.
Sift flour, combine with baking powder, add to the milk-butter mixture.
Knead the soft dough.
Form small rounded cookies out of it.
Place on a baking sheet and bake at 180 degrees for 15-25 minutes (the cookies should turn golden, but not too browned).
Remove the finished cookies from the oven, remove from the baking sheet, cool.
