Cooking method

Cooking time: 50 min

For filling: peel and grate potatoes. Peel the onion and cut into small cubes. Mix the minced meat, grated potatoes and chopped onion, add salt and pepper to taste, mix thoroughly.

Knead the dough quickly. Mix kefir with eggs, salt, sugar, soda (do not extinguish, it will be extinguished with kefir acid) and butter. Add flour to the consistency of liquid sour cream, mix thoroughly.

Grease the baking dish with butter. Pour half of the dough into it. Put the filling at a distance of 1-1.5 cm from the edge (sides) of the mold so that the dough itself forms the sides of the pie. The filling will not push the dough, the bottom of the pie will only be made of dough. Pour the rest of the dough.

Bake in a preheated oven at t 200 degrees for 40-50 minutes. Check readiness with a wooden stick / match / toothpick - the dough should not stick to the match.
