A real summer pie! Guests will love it! There is just a wonderful dough in this pie! Usually the shortbread dough is very brittle and crumbly. Because of this, it is difficult to transfer the pies to the dish in one piece. Here, the dough is very elastic and not so brittle due to the presence of eggs in the dough.

    Blueberry layer. To prepare the blueberry filling, we will need blueberries and a little flour.
