Cooking method

1. Pour milk into a bowl, add sour cream and pre-melted butter, pour sugar and salt, spread the yolks, mix all the ingredients with a whisk.

2. Sift the flour into a separate bowl, pour dry yeast, mix. Pour the previously prepared mixture of milk, sour cream and butter, knead a soft dough that does not stick to your hands. Leave the dough for half an hour in a warm place.

3. Chop walnuts in a blender, then add sugar, vanilla sugar and ground cardamom to them. This will be the filling.

4. Divide the dough into 10 pieces, roll out each piece very thinly, lubricate with melted butter and stack on top of each other. We roll the stack into a roll, then cut it across into pieces about 2 centimeters thick.

5. We spread the sliced pieces with a slice on the work surface, in the center we make a small recess in which we spread a teaspoon of nut filling and pinch the edges as usual for a pie.

6. Grease the baking sheet with butter, spread the badambura seams down, send the baking sheet to the oven preheated to 160 degrees, bake for 25 minutes. It is not necessary to brown the pastries too much according to this recipe, it should remain pale.

Let the delicacy cool down a little, then sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve on the table.
