1. Separate the yolks, add half of the granulated sugar and rub white.

2. Whisk the proteins to stable peaks with the second half of the sugar.

3. We connect both masses, mix them with careful movements using a wooden spatula.

4. Sift the flour, mix it with a spatula into the dough.

5. Cover the baking sheet with parchment, lubricate with a small piece of butter, spread the dough evenly.

6. Put the baking sheet in the oven for 15 minutes (200 degrees Celsius).

7. While the cake is hot, we lubricate it with jam, roll it into a roll.
