  1. Step 1:

    Step 1.

How to make a pie from wholemeal flour? First, prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. Take large, selected eggs. Brown sugar can be replaced with plain white. Kefir should be at room temperature, so take it out of the refrigerator in advance. The fat content of kefir is 2.5%. Instead of strawberries, you can take apples or any other berries, fruits.

  7. Step 7:

    Step 7.

The mass should increase in volume by 3-4 times. There should be a lot of air bubbles in it.

  8. Step 8:

    Step 8.

Pour the beaten eggs into the kefir-flour mixture. Mix gently.

  9. Step 9:

    Step 9.

Put half of the dough in a baking dish lined with parchment and greased with oil. Spread the sliced strawberries on top.

  10. Step 10:

    Step 10.

Spread the remaining dough on top. Bake the pie in a preheated 180 °C oven for about 50 minutes. The exact time depends on your oven and the thickness of the pie.
