Lush yeast pies with mushrooms are good even for tea, even for the first course instead of bread.

Place on a greased baking sheet, brush with egg and put in the oven, which turn on 170 degrees. While it is heating up, the pies will rise. Bake until golden brown (20-25 minutes depending on the oven).
