3. Sift the flour and add it to the dough. Knead a thick dough, let it rest for about 10 minutes.
4. Cut the apples into thin slices.
5. Divide the dough into about 12-15 parts. Roll out each portion of the dough into a flat cake, put apples on one side. Cover the apples with the dough and pinch the edge.
6. Put parchment paper on a baking sheet, spread out the pies. The surface of the products can not be lubricated, or lubricate them with yolk. Kokroki are baked at a temperature of 180 degrees for about 20 minutes. The time and temperature are indicated approximately - be guided by your technique. Serve it to the table in a warm form.
