Cooking method

Cooking time: 2 h

1. Three margarine on a coarse grater, add flour, rub the mass into fine crumbs with your hands, add salt and cold sour cream, knead the dough. It turns out elastic, as if slightly moist. We pack the dough in plastic wrap and send it to the freezer for 10 minutes.

2. While the dough is cooling, let's do the filling:

- peel the potatoes, wash them, cut them into thin strips;

- peel carrots, three on a grater for vegetables in Korean;

- peel the onion, cut into strips;

- combine onions with carrots and potatoes in a bowl, add sour cream and salt to taste, mix.

3. We take out the dough from their freezers, divide it into two parts, a larger and a smaller one. We roll out most of it focusing on the diameter of the mold, the dough should also line the edges. We lubricate the form with sunflower oil, place a layer of dough in it, spread the filling. The second part of the dough is also rolled out, we cover the pie with it, pinch the edges. Lubricate the surface of the pie with egg yolk, cover with foil and send it to the oven preheated to 200 degrees, bake for 40 minutes, then remove the foil and continue baking for another 20 minutes.

Serve on the table cut into portions.
