Anechka Cake

The nutty honey taste of the cake will not leave anyone indifferent! An easy-to-prepare cake is great for holidays and weekdays! The cake successfully combines the taste of honey and nuts with sour cream. Some housewives add walnuts both to the dough and to the cream, I did not add nuts to the cream. Walnuts need to be chopped with a knife to feel the pieces in the cakes. The cake can be decorated with biscuit crumbs or chocolate icing, this is at your discretion.

Roses need to be made immediately while the baking is hot, then it hardens, and it will not be possible to form roses. As soon as we took the mold out of the oven, we tuck the baking with a spatula, roll up 1 petal – this is the middle of the rose, attach the rest of the petals around. We hold it with a towel so as not to get burned.

  18. Step 18:

    Step 18.

Bend the top of the extreme petals slightly to make an open rose. While forming a rose, the petals cool and harden.

  19. Step 19:

    Step 19.

Then bake the next 5 petals, form a rose and so on, make a few more roses.

  20. Step 20:

    Step 20.

Decorate the cake with roses. We leave the cake to infuse for impregnation.

  21. Step 21:

    Step 21.

Have a nice tea party to you!

If you don't have much time, you can bake and make roses in advance. Leave a few pieces for decoration, serve the rest with tea.
The size of the rose will depend on the amount of dough that you pour for baking. The dough spreads during baking, so to get small roses, take an incomplete teaspoon.
