Preparing yeast:

1. Put the yeast in a bowl, add sugar to them, mash until smooth.
2. Pour in the warm milk, put the flour and mix everything.
3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap, let stand for 20 minutes.

Now let's do the test:

4. Break an egg into a separate bowl, whisk it with a whisk.
5. Sift the flour, add to the yeast mixture.
6. Put sugar, salt, beaten egg in the same place.
7. Pour in water and melted butter.
8. Knead the dough. Knead it until it becomes soft, obedient and homogeneous, it should stop sticking to your hands. Put the dough on the bottom of the bowl, cover it with a film and leave it warm for half an hour.

It's time for the filling. To begin with, we will prepare a streusel crumb:

9. Pour the melted butter into a plate.
10. Pour powdered sugar and flour into it. Rub everything into a crumb.

Then prepare the plums:

11. Plums, pre-washed and dried with a towel, cut in half, remove the bones. Cut each half into 2 pieces lengthwise.

The final stage of pie preparation:

12. Grease the mold with butter.
13. Put the dough on a work surface, sprinkled with flour, and roll out into a layer about the size of a baking dish.
14. Put the dough in a mold, put the quarters of plums on top of it with the pulp up, sprinkle them with streusel crumbs.
15. Leave the cake in the mold for 20 minutes. During this time, the dough will fit a little more.
16. Put the mold in a preheated 180 degree oven for 1 hour.
17. While the pie is in the oven, prepare the glaze: pour warm water into the powdered sugar, poured into a bowl, little by little, stir well with a whisk. Add lemon juice to the sweet mass according to your taste. I add a teaspoon.
18. Pour the icing on top of the cake.

Let the pie cool and serve with tea.

Sweet tea and good mood!
