We mold medium-sized balls from the dough with wet hands and then press them down a little to make circles. We spread the blanks on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. I smeared the paper a little with butter and sprinkled with flour so that the cookies would not stick.

We send the baking sheet to the oven, preheated to 180 degrees and the liver of our products until ready. We take the cookies out of the oven, let them cool down a little and serve them to the table. Enjoy your meal!

This baking will definitely not disappoint you, and the time spent on it will not be a pity at all. The cookies turn out soft, slightly crumbly. Instead of butter, you can use creamy margarine. It's moderately sweet, just to my taste. It can be washed down with tea with the taste of raspberries, mint, lemon, strawberries, currants, blueberries, etc., as well as cocoa, coffee, milk, fruit compote, jelly, fermented baked milk or lemonade. You can take such cookies with you to an educational institution or to work as a light snack.

Be prepared for the fact that flour may need more or less than indicated in the recipe. Focus not on the amount of flour, but on the desired consistency of the dough. To avoid mistakes, read about flour and its properties!

Keep in mind that everyone's ovens are different. The temperature and cooking time may differ from those specified in the recipe. To make any baked dish successful, use useful information about the features of ovens !

You can use a sweetener that is not afraid of heat treatment.
