In boiling salted water, we lower 1 nest alternately for literally a minute (watch carefully, otherwise the nests will spread out). We put the half-finished tagliatelle nests on a baking sheet with high sides, pre-greased with vegetable oil. Add finely chopped mushrooms to the finished minced meat and mix. In the middle of each nest, lay the stuffing tightly.
Prepare the filling: dilute sour cream and mayonnaise in 250 milliliters of water, add salt and pepper, add garlic passed through the press. Carefully fill the nests with the prepared filling. Sprinkle grated cheese on top. Cover the baking sheet with foil and put it in a preheated 180 degree oven for 25 minutes. Then remove the foil and leave in the oven for another 5 minutes to brown the cheese. We put the nests on serving plates, decorate with herbs and serve to the table!
