The most difficult thing in this recipe is to carve the fish. I really don't like the fishy smell, which eats into the board for a long time and then it's very difficult to get rid of it, so I wrap the board in a bag, and paper or paper towels are already on top

    Cut, cut off the tail

The fish was cut up, now it remains for a small matter - to supplement it with sauce and send it to the oven

    Step 6.

And here are all the ingredients for the sauce: horseradish, mustard, mayonnaise. When I was cooking for the first time, I was very worried about horseradish - it seemed to me that it would be felt in the finished dish. It turned out in vain - trying mackerel you will never guess that there is horseradish in the ingredients, it turns out to be very tasty without exaggeration!

  7. Step 7:

    Step 7.

Mix - and the sauce is ready

  8. Step 8:

    Step 8.

When I bake fish, I cover the mold with foil - so it will remain as clean as possible

  9. Step 9:

    Step 9.

We spread the pieces of fish (or the whole mackerel)

  10. Step 10:

    Step 10.

    A little salt

  11. Step 11:

    Step 11.

We coat each piece well with sauce from all sides

  12. Step 12:

    Step 12.

Bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes, put as usual in an already preheated oven

  13. Step 13:

    Step 13.

The fragrance is gorgeous! And my side dish is mashed potatoes

  14. Step 14:

    Step 14.

    Bon appetit!
