Prepare the ingredients. We will need chicken drumsticks, ground chili pepper, salt and a little olive oil. If you use a pepper pod, then it should be washed, cut and remove all the seeds. Then, chop as small as possible with a knife.
Peel the garlic cloves. We pass it through the press. Combine garlic, ground hot chili pepper or finely chopped pod, salt in a small container. Mix it up. You can add chopped parsley, green onions. Grated zest and lime juice, ginger root will harmoniously fit into this ensemble. From spices, if desired, add Provencal herbs. They will soften the burning notes of chili pepper. Try the sauce. Wash the chicken legs. Dry with paper napkins. Transfer to a bowl. Rub all sides with a mixture of chili and garlic.
