If you don't know what to cook from the finished puff pastry, then be sure to try to cook the best quick-eating snack in a hurry according to this simple and quick recipe. I suggest cooking baskets with chicken, sour cream and cheese from the finished puff pastry. This is a recipe for a quick snack that everyone will like! See the detailed preparation in my video recipe.

1. For the recipe, you can use puff yeast or puff yeast-free dough. I use puff pastry without yeast. The dough must be defrosted and rolled out. Cut 12 circles from the dough with a glass. In 6 circles with a glass of smaller diameter, cut out another 6 circles. Remove excess dough. We will get 6 circles and 6 rings from the dough.

2. Lubricate the edges of the circles with protein and put the pre-cut rings from the dough on top. Protein when baking baskets will glue the dough.

3. Bake on a baking sheet covered with parchment and greased with vegetable oil at a temperature of 220 degrees for 10-15 minutes . to the golden color of the baskets. The baskets will greatly increase in size.

4. Cut the onion into small cubes.

5. Cut the chicken into small pieces.

6. Grate the hard cheese on a coarse grater.

6. Pour vegetable oil into a preheated frying pan and fry the pre-chopped onion until golden brown.

7. When the onion is gilded, add the chicken and fry until almost ready.

8. 5 minutes before the chicken is ready, add sour cream, flour, salt, pepper. Mix everything well. Add flour to thicken the sauce. Cook for another 5 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked.

9. In ready-made baskets, in the center we press the middle with a spoon.

10. In the center of the baskets we put the filling and sprinkle with cheese.

11. Bake for another 5 minutes so that the cheese melts.

Sprinkle the finished baskets with herbs and serve them hot to the table. Such baskets can be prepared and served both on a festive table and to pamper yourself and your loved ones on a weekday. This snack turns out to be crispy, with a juicy filling and very tasty. You can use any filling for such a quick and simple recipe, to your taste. For example, chicken can be replaced with mushrooms. Bon appetit!
