Cupcake with red pears on a snowball

The finished cake can be sprinkled with powdered sugar. It turns out that on the basis of "Snowball" you can cook a very tasty and delicate cupcake. I was just amazed by the softness and taste of the resulting pastries. With the same ingredients, with the same cooking technology, but with ordinary kefir, the cupcake turns out to be denser and not so pleasant to the taste. But with the "Snowball" - a completely different matter. It is crumbly, fragrant, sweet in taste and very soft. Even the next day does not lose its airiness if stored in a tied bag. Be sure to try to cook.

    Step 11.

Pour the remaining dough. Bake the cake for about 30 minutes at 180 ° C. It is better not to open the oven during baking. Leave the finished cake in the cooling oven for 15 minutes. Bon appetit!

You can put even less sugar than in the recipe. «Snowball» and so sweet, so the cupcake will not be tasteless anyway. But excess sugar can spoil the taste of the finished baking.

In addition to pears, you can use your favorite fruits or berries, for example, strawberries, currants, cherries, apricots. Apples are also suitable, but juicy and cut into thin slices to bake for half an hour.

The more fragrant the pear, the tastier the cupcake turns out. Therefore, it is better to use varieties such as Conference or seasonal red pears for the recipe. Only you need to choose unsteady fruits. The cupcake is baked for a short time, so the hard pears will not have time to bake and give their flavor to the cupcake. If the skin of the fruit is hard, then it is best to cut it off.
You can serve such a cupcake with tea, coffee. Delicious with warm milk.
