Curd cake with mango and apple

Don't forget to sprinkle the finished cupcake with powdered sugar! For a very long time I wanted to try to cook something from mango. The choice fell on this curd cake. The combination of cottage cheese with apple-mango filling seemed very interesting to me. Apples for a cupcake are better to take juicy, but sour - seven, Granny Smith. Then the cupcake will turn out not cloying and moist enough.
