The chicken looks delicious and tastes delicious. I haven't cooked a whole chicken for a long time. I decided to fill this gap, especially since the filling for the season was decent: plums and apples from the cottage. Thanks to honey and soy sauce, a very beautiful crispy crust turned out on the chicken.
