Cooking method

Using a mixer, mix sugar, kefir, honey and eggs. Sift flour with baking powder into the mixture. Divide the dough into 2 parts and bake 2 cakes in a preheated 190 degree oven (baking time 30-35 minutes). Cool the cakes, cut each cake into 2 parts.
For the cream, mix sour cream with powdered sugar. Pour boiling water over the raisins and dry them. Remove the pears from the jam and finely chop them.
On cold cakes we spread cream – pears on top, cream – raisins on top, etc. Top and sides of the cake are well lubricated with cream and decorated with pears and raisins.
