Prepare the ingredients according to the list, and after:

- cut the hunting sausages into pieces 3-4 cm long;

- cherry tomatoes are washed, dried and cut in half;

- peel ordinary and red onions, cut them into medium-sized pieces (about 1.5 cm);

- bulgarian pepper is washed, cut out the stalks, cleaned of seeds, then cut into pieces commensurate with the onion;

- we clean and chop garlic cloves (you can chop garlic by means of a press or grate finely on a grater);

- thyme and rosemary finely chopped;

- beans are thrown into a colander, washed with boiled water at room temperature and let excess moisture drain.

Now you can start cooking a delicious and satisfying dish:

1. Turn on the oven to warm up to 220 degrees Celsius.

2. In a baking dish, we put chopped hunting sausages, tomatoes, onions and bell peppers, as well as chopped garlic. Mix everything a little, then pour olive oil.

3. Sprinkle the contents of the mold with chopped thyme and rosemary, then salt and ground black pepper, put the washed bay leaves, mix again.

4. Put the mold in the oven until all the vegetables are soft. In terms of time, it will take about 45-60 minutes. That is, after 45 minutes, we try the degree of readiness and, if necessary, leave it to bake for another necessary time.

5. We remove the mold from the oven, remove the bay leaves, throw them out, then put the beans in the mold, mix everything again.

6. Put the mold back in the oven for 10 minutes (until the beans are warmed up). After that, the finished dish is laid out on serving plates and served to the table until it cools down.
