Cooking method

Cooking time: 7 h

1. You need to start working with the cake with the preparation of cakes:

- break the eggs into a bowl, pour condensed milk here, mix the mass with a fork;

- sift flour with baking powder into the resulting mixture, mix thoroughly;

- such cakes are most convenient to bake not in molds, but directly on parchment. To do this, we line a large baking sheet with parchment, draw two circles with a diameter of 16 centimeters on the parchment;

- pour two full tablespoons of dough into the middle of each circle, carefully distribute the dough around the circle;

- we send the baking sheet to the oven preheated to 180 degrees, bake for 8 minutes until a beautiful golden color appears;

- ready-made cakes will not have perfectly smooth edges, so the edges are trimmed with a cooking ring of the desired diameter or with a flat plate.

2. While the cakes are cooling down, we will prepare the cream for the cake:

- we put the cooled sour cream in a deep bowl, pour sugar to it;

- beat the ingredients with a mixer. The cream should be dense.

- my strawberries, remove the stems. Each berry is cut into 2-3 pieces lengthwise to make flat plates.

3. We assemble the cake:

- we put the first cake on the substrate or stand for the cake;

- lubricate the cake with cream, place strawberries on it;

- cover with a second cake, smear with cream and spread strawberries;

- in this way we collect the whole cake, after which we send it to the refrigerator for half an hour.

4. We do not waste time in vain - we prepare the glaze:

- pour the cream into a saucepan, send it to the fire;

- when the cream warms up a little, pour powdered sugar and cocoa powder to them;

- mix thoroughly with a whisk until completely homogeneous;

- bring the mass to a boil, then immediately remove from heat;

- add a piece of butter to the resulting glaze, mix until it completely dissolves;

- let the glaze cool to room temperature.

5. Well, now pour the icing on the cooled cake. Cut the cakes into small crumbs in a blender, sprinkle them on the cake. Decorate the masterpiece with strawberries or according to your taste. We send the cake to the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, and if time allows, then it is possible for the whole night.

After the specified time, we serve the delicacy on the table.
