1. Prepare the shortbread dough, for this:

- put the softened butter in a bowl, pour sugar, rub with a tablespoon;

- break the egg into the resulting mass, beat with a hand whisk;

- here we sift flour with baking powder, knead a soft dough that does not stick to the hands.

2. We place the dough in a baking dish, evenly distribute it with our hands along the bottom, form a low side. We send the form to the refrigerator, and in the meantime we will do the filling.

3. I wash the pears, peel them, cut out the core with seeds, cut the pears into slices, spread them on the base, which we previously take out of the refrigerator. We send the pie form to the oven preheated to 180 degrees, bake for 10 minutes.

4. In a saucepan with a thick bottom, spread the yolks, pour sugar, flour and vanilla sugar, rub until smooth. Then pour the milk, whisk with a hand whisk, send it to medium heat and stirring continuously, bring the cream to a boil, cook for 1-2 minutes and remove from the heat.

5. We take the pie out of the oven, use a spoon to spread the cream evenly on the pears, return it back to the oven for 25-30 minutes.

Let the pie cool down, then serve it on the table.
