    Put the saucepan on a small fire and, stirring, bring the contents to a boil. The icing and the base of the cupcake are ready! After that, remove the saucepan from the fire, pour 13-14 tablespoons of GLAZE into a separate cup and put it aside. Pour the rest into a bowl, where we will knead the dough for the cake and let it cool.

    We drive eggs into the cooled mass and beat lightly with a whisk. Add soda, previously slaked with vinegar.

    Sift flour into the resulting mass and mix well. We also send chopped nuts and raisins there. Mix well again.

    And now we are getting to the most crucial moment! Another hot cupcake needs to be coated with a glaze cast in a separate cup. Part of the glaze will soak into the cupcake, and part will remain on the surface of the cupcake. After that, you need to cool the cupcake to room temperature.
