1. Before starting to work with puff pastry, it must be removed from the freezer and defrosted.
2. We also defrost the berries, for this pie you can use any frozen berries that are at home. It can be prepared from one type of berries, or mixed with others. We transfer it to a sieve and let the excess juice drain.
3. Roll out part of the puff pastry according to the size of the mold, shift and cut off the excess edges.
4. Sprinkle the berries with starch, it will thicken during cooking, and the bottom of the pie will not be wet. We put a layer of berries on the dough in the mold and sprinkle with sugar.
5. The remaining part is cut into strips and decorate the top of the pie with them.
6. Lubricate with lightly beaten egg, to give a beautiful ruddy crust.
7. Put the cake pan in the preheated oven to 180 degrees and cook for about half an hour.
