Fast, delicious, crumbly sponge cake. Most often I use this recipe for pies, changing fillers.

    Prepare strawberries, flour, sugar, eggs, sunflower oil and boiling water.

    Add flour mixed with baking powder and knead the dough until smooth.

    Pour a couple of tablespoons of sunflower oil into a glass, pour them with the same amount of boiling water and pour the resulting mixture into the dough. Let the dough stand for a while.

    Line the baking dish with baking paper and pour out the dough.

    Lay the strawberries cut in half on top. They'll drown later. Bake for 25-30 minutes in a preheated 180 degree oven.
