Cooking method

Cooking time: 2 h 40 min

Start cooking:

- peel the onion, cut into half rings, fry in olive oil until transparent;

- put the minced meat to the onion, mash with a fork, add salt and Italian herbs, fry for 5 minutes;

- then add the tomato sauce to the minced meat, stir and simmer over low heat under a closed lid for 15 minutes;

- put butter in a saucepan, melt on fire, pour flour, mix;

- pour the milk into the resulting mass in parts, mixing the mass well with a whisk each time;

- add salt and a pinch of ground nutmeg to the finished white sauce, cook until thickened;

- boil the pasta until tender, put it in a colander;

- slice the cheese as thinly as possible;

- put the ingredients in a baking dish in layers: pasta, cheese, white sauce, minced meat, so collect all the lasagna. The main thing is that the top layer is cheese;

- bake the dish in the oven preheated to 200 degrees for one hour.
