Haddock is cleaned of scales, cut off the head, clean out the insides. The carcass is thoroughly washed under running water, dried with paper towels, sprinkled with seasoning for fish on both sides, sent to the refrigerator to marinate for an hour.

After the specified time, we peel the garlic, squeeze it through a press, lubricate the inside of the carcass, salt, spread a sprig of parsley and dill. The surface of the fish is also salted, lightly lubricated with vegetable oil.

We spread the prepared haddock on foil, put lemon slices on top of it, wrap the foil and place the bundle in a baking dish. We send it to the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, bake for 15 minutes, then open the foil, remove the lemon and bake for another 10 minutes to form an appetizing golden crust.

We serve haddock on a platter, garnished with herbs and lemon slices.

Bon appetit!
