Cooking method

Cooking time: 40 min

1. Squeeze the mozzarella from the brine, cut into cubes. Hard cheese is cut into plates as thin as possible (ideally, translucent plates).

2. Mushrooms are washed, dried, cut into very, very thin plates.

3. Roll out the dough into a thin layer, give it a round shape.

4. Lubricate half of the circle with tomato paste, step back 1 cm at the edges (we leave part of the paste, it will be useful to us at the end, about 1 tablespoon), sprinkle with salt, spread mozzarella, ham on top of it, sprinkle with oregano, spread champignons and cover with plates of hard cheese.

5. Fold the calzone in half, press the edges with your fingers (it looks like a big cheburek;), lubricate the surface with the remaining tomato paste.

6. Bake the calzone on a pizza stone or on a baking sheet, in the oven preheated to 250 degrees for 15 minutes (do not be alarmed if the calzone swells during baking, this is normal, after removing from the oven everything will fall off, and it will look very appetizing).

Serve hot, eat right - without cutlery))

Bon appetit!
