    Cook the cream for now. Add starch, sugar, and yolks to the cold milk. Stir everything and put it on the fire. Stirring constantly, cook the cream until it thickens.

    Remove the finished cream from the fire. I immediately added chopped butter. Stirred well.

    Cover the cream with a film in contact and remove it in the cold. You can put it in cold water.

    Now take our proteins and whisk them, then add sugar and whisk to peaks.

    We take our dough, one part. Preheat the oven to 180 gr. Roll out immediately on paper through a film measuring 23 by 23cm. And spread it on top with protein. And sprinkle with nuts. I had almonds in petals. You can use any, for example walnuts, peanuts.

    Bake for 15 minutes. Reduce the oven to 160gr. We do the same with another test. We should get 4 cakes.

    Divide our cream into 5 parts. We take one cake and put it on a sheet or board. And smear with cream.

    We spread the next one on top and do the same. Top with cream and sprinkle with nuts. The sides can also be smeared, but I didn't have enough cream. So we put our cake in the refrigerator overnight. And in the morning you can cut it into pieces. Enjoy your meal.
