Incredibly delicious crispy tubes for tea! These tubes are my love! I love salty pastries of this kind: crispy crust, cheese... it's just indescribable!

Cooking method

Cooking time: 1 h 30 min

1. Defrost the dough by dividing the plates among themselves so that they do not stick together. It is better to do this at room temperature (in 30-40 minutes the dough will already become soft) than to use a microwave oven).

2. The work surface is generously powdered with flour, the soft dough is thinly rolled into a large round layer (irregularities can be leveled with a knife), cut it into 8 sectors, like a cake.

3. Put a piece of cheese on the edge of each sector and roll the strip into a roll towards the center.

4. Break the egg into a bowl, shake it with a fork, lubricate each tube.

5. We line the baking sheet with parchment, put the tubes on it and send them to bake in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees. Bake until a beautiful blush (it's about 10-15 minutes).

Serve on the table with sweet tea, it's so delicious!
