Khachapuri with puff pastry cheese

Delicious Georgian pie! Read the recipe and try to cook! The fastest thing that can be baked is khachapuri from ready-made puff pastry. You can use your own dough, or you can buy it. I propose to make the filling from cheese with egg - a good combination, a wonderful result!

Cooking method

Cooking time: 1 h 20 min

Defrost the dough in advance (preferably at room temperature).

Since we use the purchased dough, only the filling remains to be prepared:

- hard-boiled eggs, peel, grate;

- grate the cheese too (you can finely chop it);

- combine the cheese and eggs, add salt and mix.

Cut the dough into 12 equal-sized pieces. Roll out each piece into a square, lay out the filling, leaving the edges free. Wrap the khachapuri in an envelope, put it on a baking sheet lined with parchment.

Make punctures on the surface of each workpiece with a fork and send the baking sheet to the oven, preheated to 200 degrees, for about 20 minutes.

The treat is ready! Rather, gather at the table, enjoy your appetite!
