Puff pastry with cheese from the finished dough

Delicious pastries with a crispy crust. Try! This roll was taught to me by my mother to bake - even in my school years, I got it perfectly. Almost a decade has passed, and the familiar roll does not cease to please both me and my small family. I take the purchased dough - from 500 grams I get 2 rolls.

3. Crumble the cheese with a fork and mix with the eggs.

4. Roll out the dough into a rectangular layer, spread the filling in an even layer.

5. Rinse the dill, dry it, chop it finely, spread it on the cheese-egg layer.
