Puff pastry roll with sausage

Delicious dinner for two! Quick and easy, try it! While our baby is sitting on bottles with a mixture, I'm cooking for two (how romantic). Here is one of my culinary delights - a puff pastry roll. The recipe is not complicated and modest enough, so you can try it even for novice housewives. And another thing: if you have a bigger family, double the ingredients and bake a couple of rolls so that there is enough for everyone.

Cooking method

Cooking time: 45 min

1. We spread a piece of parchment on the work surface.

2. Puff pastry spread on parchment.

3. Spread the cheese on top of the dough, having previously cut it into plates.

4. Cut the sausage into cubes, spread it on the dough in an even layer.

5. We fold the layer of puff pastry into a roll, bending the sides so that the filling does not fall out.

6. We break the egg into a bowl, beat it with a fork and use a silicone cooking brush to generously apply it to the roll.

7. We transfer the product to a baking sheet directly on a sheet of parchment.

8. We send the baking sheet into the oven and bake at 200 degrees for 25 minutes.

Delicious roll is ready!

Bon appetit!
