Cooking method

Cooking time: 15 h 40 min

1. For this cake, you will need two portions of sponge cake. So, let's start:
- break the eggs into the bowl of a mixer, beat until a fluffy white mass is formed, which has increased in volume three times;
- then add sugar, whisk to strong peaks for 5 minutes;
- sift flour with baking powder and cocoa powder into the resulting mass (not all at once, but gradually, in parts), gently mix after each part;
- we line the split form with parchment, spread the dough, send it to the oven, preheated to 170 degrees. Bake for 40-45 minutes.
According to this principle, we bake another biscuit.
We give ready-made cakes to lie down for 8 hours.

2. Pour the water into a saucepan, add sugar, vanilla. We send the mixture to the fire, bring it to a boil. When the sugar is completely dissolved, add the vanilla. Cool the syrup to room temperature. The syrup is ready!

3. Beat the softened butter until fluffy, add the boiled condensed milk, beat until smooth.

4. We turn the cookies into small crumbs with a blender, beat the butter until fluffy, mix the ingredients into one mass, with which we will level the surface of the future cake.

5. The cakes are soaked with chilled syrup, smeared with cream, sprinkled with chopped peanuts and crumbled meringue. We level the cake with a prepared mass of cookies and butter, after which we send it to the refrigerator for 3.5-4 hours.

6. We take the cake out of the refrigerator, cover it with white mastic, decorate it with prepared mastic decor (I sculpted it 2 days before assembling the cake - I just looked at the cartoon characters and created, but you can also buy the right heroes).

That's a wonderful fairy cake ready. Additionally, he no longer needs to defend himself, the handsome man is ready to decorate the festive table!

Good mood to you and your child!
