Sour cream Bear cake in the north

A magic cake will decorate any children's holiday! The funny design of the cake makes it festive and very attractive. Shortbread dough combined with chocolate-cream cream form a chic flavor blow, which will undoubtedly affect the mood of the guests in a positive way - I was convinced of this on my own experience :)

Cooking method

Cooking time: 11 h 30 min

Put the butter in a bowl, pour the usual and vanilla sugar, break the egg, rub the mass with a spoon. Add sour cream, mix, sift flour with baking powder. Quickly knead the dough and, wrapping it in plastic wrap, send it to the refrigerator for half an hour.

Melt the chocolate in a water bath (it can be in the microwave), add the warmed cream, stir, send it to the refrigerator. When the mass hardens a little, we take it out, beat it with a mixer, add sour cream and beat it again. We return the cream to the refrigerator.

Divide the dough into 6 equal parts. From each part we roll out a thin layer (we do it directly on the parchment so as not to damage the dough when carrying). We send the cakes one by one to bake in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees. They are baked quickly - within 10-15 minutes until a light blush. Ready-made cakes are given time to cool down.

Generously smear each cake with cream and top as well. We send it to the refrigerator for half an hour. During this time, we will prepare a stencil in the form of traces. We take out the cake, sprinkle it with coconut chips, apply a stencil and form traces of cocoa powder.

No, no, don't rush to cut! The cake should be given time to infuse-soak for 6-8 hours (it would be good to leave overnight).

After waiting for a while, you can serve the cake on the table.

This long-awaited moment has finally come - enjoy your health!
