Wash the chicken, dry it and divide it into pieces (proportionally to the jar). Then we put it in a bowl, season with pepper, salt, add bay leaves. Mix, put everything in a jar.

Preheat the oven to 120 degrees and send the jar into it, pre-covering it with a saucer. We leave it for 3 hours, after which the chicken can be tasted.

Serve on the table with a side dish of pasta or any other side dish to taste.
