Banana cupcake with vanilla flavor

A very delicious cupcake for banana lovers! I present to your attention a banana cupcake recipe, one of the simplest and fastest of its varieties, that is, not quite classic. This recipe has a minimum of ingredients, but the taste is very decent. If you take very ripe, soft bananas for cooking, you will need less sugar (about half a cup). If the bananas are unripe, it is better to pour one glass of sugar. All the dough can be made in a mixer or, preferably, in a blender. At least, it is better to grind bananas in it (especially hard ones).

In any way convenient for you, turn bananas into mush, put sugar, eggs, melted butter, mix until smooth. Now pour flour with baking powder and vanilla sugar, mix well again. We put it in a cake pan (such a one with a hole in the middle) and bake in the oven for about thirty minutes (we keep the temperature at 180 degrees). When the cake is ripe, take it out, let it cool, then cut into slices. I must say that the taste of the cake is different: it is good both warm and cold.
