Pork ear roll

A quick and very tasty beer snack for real men! Previously, we always met recipes from pork ears with mandatory long cooking. My husband and I were very surprised to find a recipe that promised a delicious snack in 40 minutes. And it turned out piquant and unusual, although there was not a word about spices in the original recipe. But we rubbed everything with salt, a mixture of peppers and dry herbs (dill, parsley, basil, oregano). I recommend doing this!

Cooking method

To make a roll, pork ears need to be rubbed with a little salt and seasonings to taste.
Then peel the garlic and cut it lengthwise. With a sharp knife, cut a little thick places on the ears and stuff them with garlic cloves. Put your ear in your ear and twist it tightly into a roll, tie it with a thick thread. Twist the roll into baking foil and send it to bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
Remove the finished roll from the oven and cut into rings about 1 cm thick.
The snack is ready - pour beer!
