There is nothing tastier and more fragrant than homemade bread for breakfast! Grandma's breakfast pastries are one of the most pleasant childhood memories. I remember waking up in the morning, and there is already a homemade roll on the table and a glass of hot cocoa or fresh milk... So I decided to please my kids with a homemade roll on the weekend - to continue family traditions. Grandma kneaded the dough herself, and a bread maker came to my aid.

Cooking method

Cooking time: 3 h

1. In the bowl of the bread maker, first place the liquid ingredients: kefir, milk, egg and butter. Then dry: two types of flour, sugar, salt and yeast. Leave some flour to roll out the dough.
2. In the "Dough" mode, knead the dough.
3. After the dough has been kneaded, roll it into a large layer and wrap it with a roll.
4. Form a roll - so that there is a hole in the middle.
5. Spread the parchment on a baking sheet and sprinkle with a little flour, lay the roll.
6. Make cuts or patterns with a knife or stick according to your desire.
7. Lightly sprinkle a little water and leave in a warm place for half an hour to make the dough rise.
8. After the dough has risen, bake the roll in the oven for half an hour at 160 degrees on a baking sheet covered with parchment.
9. Put the finished roll on the grill and serve it to the table cooled down.
