Cooking method

Cooking time: 1 h 20 min

First, the fish must be cleaned: remove the insides and gills, trim the fins, remove the scales. Then rinse the fish well and dry it slightly. Make cuts on the carcass of the fish.

Pour olive oil into a small cup. Add basil and thyme to it, mix. Peel the garlic from the husk and squeeze it through the press into the oil, mixing everything again.

Now you need to rub the prepared fish with salt - outside and inside, then coat it with oil with herbs and garlic. Leave it to lie in this mixture for twenty to twenty-five minutes.

Put parchment on the bottom of the baking dish, put fish on it. Cut the lemon into halves of circles that need to be inserted into the cuts made on the fish.

Put the mold in a preheated 200 degree oven for twenty minutes.

Bon appetit!
