Sochniki sand

See the recipe for tender succulent shortbread dough - it's just a masterpiece! I tried a lot of options for making this great dessert, but I stopped there. Juicers on it turn out soft and very tasty. Try it and you!

Cooking method

Cooking time: 1 h 50 min

To start, mix the sifted flour with salt and baking powder.
Rub frozen butter on a coarse grater or chop with a knife.
Grind the butter with dry ingredients to the state of fine crumbs.
Beat eggs with sour cream and sugar in a bowl until smooth.
Combine the two prepared components and knead a tight dough.
Wrap the dough in a film and send it to the refrigerator for 40-60 minutes.
While the dough is cooling, we prepare the filling: put all the ingredients in a bowl and whisk with an immersion blender, if the filling is too thin, add semolina.
Roll out the dough into a layer 4-7 mm thick and using a round dough mold, cut out circles with a diameter of 9 cm.
We distribute the filling in circles, spreading it on one side of the dough and covering the other. It is most convenient to do this immediately on a baking sheet covered with parchment.
Lubricate the top of the juicers with beaten egg.
And bake for 25 minutes until golden brown at a temperature of 200 degrees.
Let the juicers cool down a little and serve them on the table with tea or juice.
Bon appetit!
